Return and Refund Policy

At Dreams Tape, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted, as well as the procedures for returning a product.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: You have [30 days] from the date you received your order to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

Inspection and Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within [7-10 business days] to your original method of payment.
